... of King's College, a door that I had slipped through in countless evenings long long time ago; a glimpse of it brings back all the memories of my school life decades ago ... It's in such context that I chose to go for the grainy ISO 1600.

"bond centre" ...





I wonder how many people still remember that Lippo Centre was originally named as Bond Centre when it was constructed in 1988 ... Anyway, it's quite a unique and impressive architecture in Hong Kong and I'm glad I had a chance to take some photos of it ...

When I was waiting for a bus on one side of the six lane Queensway, I suddenly felt that "someone" was watching me from the middle of the road. After wondering a while why I had never seen "him" before, I grabbed my F10, zoomed to the tele-end, waited until a coming bus covered up the distracting background, and I took the shot ...

graffiti as the foreground ...

of a beautiful city, or the beautiful city as the background for the graffiti? Either way, the view was so interesting to me that I couldn't leave the spot without taking a few shots. I didn't know exactly what this place is called - it should be a derelict warehouse somewhere along the waterfront (North Point) that I found by accident one autumn evening last year.

legislative council building ...

is one of the most remarkable architectural achievements in HK, IMO. I've already taken quite a no. of pics of it at night; yet I couldn't resist to shoot again in daylight when I got the chance. The atmosphere and lighting that afternoon were just perfect!
