About Me
- Name: hugo poon
- Location: Hong Kong
I do not regard myself as a photographer, not even amateur; I'm just a guy who enjoys capturing all the memorable scenes that I encounter in my life, my everyday life, with whatever photo machine I've got. Perhaps, it's like a traveller hoping to record his memorable journey, but in my case, it's the journey of my life ...

Really nice contrast between the matt, slightly faded colours of the buildings and the shiny brash colours of the modern cars!
Thanks Ian. When I was a small boy, I could find this kind of "Tong Lau" (Chinese style tenement houses) on almost every street. But they have become so rare now that this "Green House" was actually listed as a 'Historic Building'. However, despite being listed, the fate of these 10 houses (and the residents) remains very much uncertain... Another similar Historic Building in the same Wanchai District is the "Blue House". (See my next post.)
Best regards,
Hugo
